Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase sales of the brand
- Reach the targets and goals set for the area
- Work together with the sales team and manage them on counters/shops to boost up the sales results
- Coach, motivate and train sales staff on counters/shops
- Handle the roster of the area and make a good allocation of the sales staff in order to maximize their ability
- Monitor the grooming of the beauty consultants and the tidiness of the counters/shops
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Establish, maintain and expand the customer Database
- Service the needs of existing customers
- Report to Skincare Division Director
Requirements:
- University graduate in business/sales/training is an advantage
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales and management experience in fashion or beauty retail industry
- Perfectly fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, autonomous, strong leadership and energetic
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Passion in beauty and skincare products
- Immediately available is highly preferred
